Most of us have a natural tendency to muscular imbalance, with certain muscles prone to shortening and others to lengthening and weakness.

My posture treatments start with body reading an analysis.

Then using a combination of myofascial release, deep tissue work, structural integration and Aston Patterning Techniques work is carried out over a course of 5 or 10 treatments to rebalance the body by removing tilts, shifts and rotations in the head, neck, shoulders, ribs, pelvis, hips, knees, legs and feet

Poor posture can strain your joints and ultimately lead to headaches, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica and hip and knee pain.
