About Me

I have been massaging for the last 20 years, firstly in Australia, where I practised in Sydney. I moved to Jersey in the Channel Islands in 1998 and have been practising sports massage here since then, specialising in soft tissue injuries caused by sport, general stress and many others.

In 2000 I worked with Ian Woosnam (PGA Golfer) for six months. My duties were; massage and stretches in the morning, followed by a massage and stretching after the round of golf.

He never missed a cut whilst I was working for him and won the HSBC World Matchplay Tournament at Wentworth of that year. (Please Google Nick Hooper Caddie, its quite scary where the last few years have gone).

More recently I have worked with Nigel Mansell  and family in respect to charity bike rides firstly around the UK for a great charity called UK Youth and then a charity ride, again for UK Youth from John O’Groats to Paris which was an epic journey, as well as working at the Le Mans 24 hour race, and 24 hour race at Spa in Belgium.

I have been involved in the Jersey Island Games since 2003. My duties on the Medical team were that of looking after the athletes who had soft tissue Injuries, general stretching and nutritional advise. I have been involved in the 2007 Island Games in Shetland and in Rhodes.

I have worked along side the medical team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne  Australia, the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2015, and more recently the 2018 Commonwealth Games at the Gold Coast in Queenslan, Australia.

I’m pleased to let you know I have teamed up with Dynamic Health in St Helier, and I’m working there on Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings. I will be working from my practice in St Peter at all other times.
